TS Mall, the Tainan Textile Shopping Center, is a newly established mall created by Taiwan's largest textile company. In the mall's atrium, we crafted an immersive multimedia space that takes visitors on a journey through three distinct time periods—past, present, and future—showcasing the company's vision.

The design features fourteen LED screens arranged at varying heights on both sides of the atrium, reminiscent of vintage Taiwanese signage, with a transparent LED screen at the center to capture and focus attention.

Custom LED Cube

We designed a custom LED cube with three screen-covered sides, allowing it to be mounted on walls like a traditional sign.Using this, we can create visual illusions that add depth to the display.

History Vibe

We curated 14 text elements reflecting the company's legacy, from its founder's workplaces to iconic slogans. Inspired by 1970s Taiwanese signage, we reimagined them with a retro aesthetic, unique lighting, and material effects for added realism.

Modernized Retro Typography

We deconstructed the core typography, outlining it in monochrome with overlapping shadows to create a forced perspective. This blends retro signage with a sleek, contemporary feel in the atrium.

Futuristic Minimalism

For the future concept, we used a clean black-and-white aesthetic inspired by Kinect Typography, incorporating dynamic motion effects to enhance the futuristic feel.

Hourly Show

We designed a one-minute show that plays at the top of every hour, synchronizing all screens with the central transparent display, culminating in the presentation of the TS Mall logo.
